Litecoins. I really need to find a website where i can buy them!  They need to accept USD and accept people from the US. Is there a website similar to CoinBase? I tried www.litecoinlocal.org and they are incredibly overpriced and I can't find a way to transfer USD to BTC-e. Thanks!

Litecoin seems to be more suitable for normal consumption.

Last week  LTC was 3$

U have 100$

Buy 33

Today LTC is 40 $

Market is changing on BTC value and other coins are changing value ass well

Its a risk and it can be highly profitably

Ok, so you buy some litecoins. Then what do you do with them? How suitable are they really? There is a reason why alt coins are cheaper than bitcoins. You get what you pay for.

You don't have to buy whole bitcoins.

Alt coins will always be playing catch up to bitcoins there is really no reason to leave bitcoin for something lower light litecoin you just wont make much money.

All aboard the ltc train.. choo choo!  I'm right there with you friend.  This is a good time to buy atleast a few LTC.  IMO the potential profit out weighs the risk.
