Frankly, I don't know much about hardfork but can say about some coins that forked out from BTC like BTH or BTG and DASH. Hope that can get more knowledge from the discussion about HF provider.

As I know that Hard fork is a blockchain technology. It is a fundamental change to the procedure that makes previously unacceptable blocks or transactions valid. It require all nodes or user to improve to the newest version of the protocol software.

Splitting a currency into two is called hard forking it. This requires a lot of skills, time and highly equipped gadgets. This is something that is not practiced by the mass audience. Getting an expert will be a tough call.

Instead of searching here, try searching in /r/Jobs4Bitcoin in reddit, there you can find many people, developer, crypto enthusiast who will do such jobs for payment. You can also find Telegram and discord links of groups that has this type of people available 24/7.

I don't think you'll get much response here, though I want someone from the community to help you to fork. But, you can try sites like XBTfreelancer and CryptoGrind where you can find freelancers who are into forking services. Do let us know about the update if you find any.

There are some sites available on the internet where people with such skills are looking for job, like XBTFreelancer, Jobs4Bitcoin and also Upwork. Besides searching here I think you should try those options too.
