Казахский (Kazakhstan)

Hi all, I'm looking for people that will help me establish a Bitcoin education and exchange system for Kazakhstan.
I feel as if we are responsible for establishing a working system. I have a Indian passport, but work in Kazakhstan.

We have to deal with three broad issues:

1- Education
2- Safe Mode of Entry (Bitcoin Exchange)
3- Legality and Legitimacy
