Have a question mounting a Rig.

Hello I want to mount a rig not for BTC its for LTC and other crypto currencies.

I Looked in my country and found this:
ITs to start first then (I'll do some rigs opened) but i need ur opinion about a small question i have

It's a Game Desktop PC:

Case: NOX Coolbay SX Devil USB 3.0

PSU Nox Urano VX 750W PFC
Processor: AMD FX Series FX-8350 4.0Ghz 8X
CPU Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0
HDD  Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB SATA3
8GB RAM
With:
Sapphire R9 270X Dual-X 2GB GDDR5
1 x HDMI ( 3D)
1 x DisplayPort
1 x Dual-Link DVI-D
1 x Dual-Link DVI-I

This will cost me around 600-700e (Also im planning in adding to this PC) another Graphic card: r9 280X Vapor-X OC 3GB GDDR5

Total I'll invest: 900e

Questions:

1- The PSU will cover both graphics to mine ?

2- Can  I add and connect the graphic card to the Motherboard? (I'll need probably a Extender x1-x16 or x4-16 right? But don't happen nothing if are different cards? Because the local-storage told me: If u connect different cards in the motherboard won't start  because, are different and there are problems with compatibility with "CrossfireX or SLI"

Anyone can help me answering this 2 questions? Thx

In response to your questions:

1) Anticipate about 275W for those cards. So, technically the 750W would work, but I would recommend an 850W to be on the safe side and it's easier to add another card when you get to that point.
2) With that MOBO and two cards, you won't need risers (they will fit next to each other), but you will need some fans to keep them cool. No Crossfire cable, Mining doesn't need it. And you can run different cards on the same MOBO; I have two brands of 7950's and a 5850 on one rig right now.
