You can believe or not believe. But 1 years ago BTC was $700 and at the EoY it was $20k already. Is it true? And why ETH can't be $15k? Some analysts predict BTC price near $100k by the end of the year. That's why ETH can be much more expensive as now

But who is making those predictions? I understand I saw how big the growth of bitcoin and all the market was, but it's ridiculous to expect that we are going to see such a growth in consecutive years, there is simply not enough interest in the market of cryptocurrencies to guarantee that we are going to see those prices that people are predicting.

it does not  seem to strange to me that ethereum  will reach 1500$ during 2018, it did it already during january so why it can't happen again? in my opinion at the moment is the best coin in the top 10 so it deserves it. naturally a ethereum pump can't come out of nowhere, we need some good news and new investor to push the price up. i will not be surprised if it reaches 2000$ during this winter.

So, Ethereum then has to double its price. It means that Bitcoin might reach 17 thousand? Can it happen? I wish it could happen but I am a very realistic man. We will see this prices next year maybe or in the end of this.

I checked the article and one sentence caught my eyes. The guy claims that by the end of this year BTC will be something like $20K whereas ETH around $15K.
To my mind this is highly unrealistic. Look at the current ratio ETH/BTC=0.078 What could happen for it to jump nearly 10 times and go to ETH/BTC=0.75?
Not much. Unrealistic to say the least.

That was caught my attention too. We are still remember when bitcoin hit $19k back then, ETH only was $1.2k, so if ETH reached $15k as he said, bitcoin should be worth 10x times than their ATH or $200k. This prediction sounds impossible but it's not impossible in crypto.

Who is this guy that he thinks he will know the price in 6 months? The only thing I can agree to is that the ratio between Bitcoin and Ethereum is going to become much thinner, but impossible to tell any dates or months. Just look around, people are arguing if we will see the bullrun next month or anotger dip, one that might go down to 5k. If there is so little certainty what one can expect next month, how would anyone be in a position to make a precise prediction a half year down the line?

The small contracts Etherium has taken up promises to increase the value of Ether and yes Ether value is expected to reach minimum $1000 by end of 2018. There was a correction in between May and this caused the value stay at the low level. The team said yes the value would go down due to the technical correction taken upon. This has got over and as like other altcoins, ETH remains to the low level. Bitcoin is recovering and other coins as well.

I think this is very possible. Last year eth had reached $1500, anyway,all we can do is just forecasting, but true or wrong, let us see in the end of the year.

I think 1500 dollar is normal guess for ethereum, if market can return to normal little, it can rise very fastly and can pass 1000 dollar. And if we see good bull run, we can see ethereum at 1500-2k dollar.
