To address your first point, sounds and graphics is exactly what they advertise. For example:

They don't even claim to be fair. They have admitted to not being fair, and even gone as far as to claim that provable fairness is a scam.
To address your second point, I'm not claiming anything about the relative popularity of any sites. At the time of writing, Just-Dice has processed bets totalling over 4.5 million BTC, and paid out over 99.8% of that to players. BitWin don't publish any such stats that I've seen, so it's impossible to compare them. But that's not important. What's important is that some sites are provably fair, and some admit to systematically cheating their players.
To address your third point, that it's impossible to win on Just-Dice, I would point you at nakowa, who has won over 10,000 BTC on the site as a player, and earned thousands more as an investor. There are many other players who won lots of coins, but he really stands out as the biggest.
