Looks like the Z9 (Non-mini) will be about 30-40 KH/s or so.

According to the Bitmain tweet

https://twitter.com/JihanWu/status/1002814753469706245

So basically equivalent to about ~133 Radeon R9 280X.

Looks like the Nvidia people are going to be upset also.

But you know what, I know what I'm getting with the mini..  One is less noise!!  So my 3 mini's will do the same as 1 Z9.

So, is this your way of trying to show "support" for your decision to compete against BITMAIN instead of taking the red pill and admit BITMAIN is a plague to crypto?  When more than half of the Equihash coins have forked away from BITMAIN, all of you with the mini will be left to compete against BITMAIN and their Z9's over the remaining Equihash coin(s) that did not fork.  Good luck with that.

If you bought a Z9, we'll see who's crying when all is said and done.  I know you're about to Unignore me to read this response.  If you're smart, you'll look at my previous post.

All this constant forking is going to do is encourage Bitmain to develop more efficient FPGA's instead. Then when a major coin forks away, they just update the firmware. Sorry, Bitmain survived and thrived after the 2014/2015 bear market. They are too big now and we are just going to have to put up with them. Our only hope is to have some genius comes along and develop a better chip that blows them out of the water and/or finds a way to build massive farms for cheaper electricity. Only problem: we are probably going to end up hating that company too.  Cheesy

Haters gonna hate.

I don't "hate" any of you or Bitmain.  "Hate" is a harsh word.

If this is your way of trying to make yourself feel better about Bitmain having a Z9 that's NOT "mini," then be my guest and pat yourself on the back.

What the hell is that supposed to mean?  ROFL

If anything, YOU ARE A SPONSOR PAID BY BITMAIN or a proud useful idiot.

Anyone who goes back to my very first posts for the first 2.5 years of my time here on bitcoin talk, they would see I was pro-ASIC and defended Bitmain all the time.  That is, until I took the red pill BY learning the hard way.

What is the delivery date and cost of the Z9JUMBO?  Since you are like my wife and know everything

You don't get it, do you...  OR you DO get it and know full well what I'm talking about and simply attempting "damage control" for BITMAIN.

BITMAIN slips up and admits they have it BUT YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT. Turns out you are one of many Bitmain "Useful Idiots."  OR you are a hired sponsor/employee for Bitmain.  Which is it?

For those just arriving:  Scroll up to my previous posts (#841 and #842) to see screen shots posted of Bitmain Co-Owner admitting to having a Z9 (not mini) that's 3 to 4 times higher hash rate [Depending on whether or not it's over clocked, I'm sure].

I scrolled up, and if the translation is correct, I can't see anyone admitting they currently have Z9. What I see is someone explaining that the full size version will have more chips, and thus higher hashrate. Why are you spreading lies like this?

Miners are priced based on current ROI time, a full version would cost more than the mini. I don't think anyone expected the Z9 mini to be the only equihash miner from Bitmain.

Well, that is nice and all. However, I have seen this all before. That somehow this new algorithm is ASIC resistant. The simple fact of the matter is that the algorithm may really only be resistant to the current known technology. However, better chip design is an ongoing process. I am quite certain that the Bitmain R&D team is busy coming up with ways to flout anything the community will try to stymie them. And if their team can't do it, I am sure they will be happy to ask for the assistance of Nvidia, Amd, Intel, Samsung or whatever other chip manufacturer, and pony up the cash to come up with a solution for them.

You're as naive as you sound.  Did ANYTHING in that post imply "will" [As in "future" tense]?  Hell no...  You're argument is just a speculative as mine.  However, I've been in this game long enough to KNOW how Bitmain works.

If you wish to remain a "useful idiot" of Bitmain's, be my guest.

Cause they are...  Just as Monero's hash rate went from over 1 billion down to 150 million after their fork; you will see the same thing with ZEC hash rate if and/or when they decide to fork.  I pay attention to a LOT of things in the network (mining addresses, hash rates, etc...) and can read between the lines.  You're simply supporting the illusion that once deceived me.
