Hello folks ,

Sorry to post, this seems really stupid but i'm trying to create a topic and to display a picture but does not work it just show the link of the picture.

I tried :

http://[/'img'][url=http://']''[img]''['/url]

<'a href="'"><img src="'" alt=" ' " border="0" /'></a>

I tried every possible way even copy and paste the code from other topic but doesn't  work, am i missing something?

You need to use BBCODE and not HTML. And your first code is looking weird.

This is what you are looking for:
Code:
[img]image.png[/img]
[url=website.com]text of the url[/url]

For more: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=help;page=post

But anyways, you can't post images because you are still a Newbie. You will need to rank up to Jr. Member or pay a small fee (~$20) to buy the Copper Member upgrade and remove a few restrictions (buy it here).

Don't know how to rank up? Read: Forum ranks/positions/badges

Yes, its because your a newbie! You need to rank up first and then you can wear signatures as a jr.member but to post pictures and have a avatar you need to be a member and higher.
