Here's my address: 31xzEM3kxNCU1fq3nQxEXT75PcN1vK5a3v

I will test a transaction from and to a nested P2SH SegWit address using a delay and a low fee.

We sent money to you but , still didn't test , and no feedback, regarding your wallet funds was spent from there !

I will test a transaction now. You should have messaged me after sending the payment or at least indicated that it had been sent in this thread; I didn't even notice the payment until reading this message. I'm assuming that this transaction of 0.0020834BTC was the payment that you sent to me?

https://blockchain.info/tx/5213b7d32f9ae2c4fe47c4b512db0a48a9ce6872e26c01fa6f5332101c89a906

I don't know how much of that you want me to test; or if any of that is supposed to be a reward... Given that your minimum mix is 0.002BTC, there doesn't seem to be any incentive or reward for me using this service? I might as well mix my own preferred amount instead...

EDIT:

I just submitted an order to mix 0.005BTC with a service fee of 0.3%, delay of 4 hours, and tx fee of 0.00001BTC.

Here's some initial feedback while I wait to receive my tumbled coins back:

  • The "?" button next to the "Delay" does nothing. I want to know when the delay starts; after confirmation of my transaction or after I submit my order?
  • I have no idea what "Txfee x.xxxxxx BTC for receive address" means. Does this mean that the receiving address receives a payment of this fee? The "for" is the tricky word in this statement.
  • On the payment screen, it shows "Your personal fee is 0.3% + 0.00001 BTC for every forward address". This is a little confusing, as I have no idea what my personal fee is/was when submitting my order. You should change this verbiage to match the verbiage of the order page, as follows: "You have chosen to pay a service fee of 0.3% and a transaction fee of 0.00001 BTC (for each receiving address)".
  • The "?" next to the Client Code (on the confirmation page) does nothing. What is the client code?
  • The Letter of Guarantee states the following: "This service will only be available for all coins sent between 12.05.2018 00:29:22 UTC and 13.05.2018 00:29:22 UTC with a minimum incoming amount of 0.002 BTC and a maximum amount of 0.22757536 BTC." Does this mean that if I send subsequent deposits until 24 hours from now, that they will all be returned to my receiving address that I indicated? Will they be returned in 4 hour intervals, or in bulk? This could be better specified...
  • My transaction has confirmed, but the "Transaction txid(s):" section is still blank, even after refresh. Is this where the transaction for my returned bitcoin will be displayed?

I'll provide more feedback once this order is fulfilled in 4 hours.

EDIT:

It has now been more than 4 hours and I do not see a transaction with my tumbled coins. I will continue waiting...

EDIT:

We are now nearing 12 hours since I have placed this order. What is troublesome to me is that you don't seem to have any balance in your reserve anymore, as is indicated by the max deposit amount availability as 0.

I'll await an update from you, but it looks as if there are things you need to work out with this service.

Your funds sent. Sorry it was a little logic error in script, caused last updates.

Thank you for taking care of it.

After utilizing your service and feedback, while I appreciate the minimalistic design and ease of use of your site, I honestly would not feel safe mixing larger amounts than what I have sent for this test.

The site seems as if it's still in its infancy, and when you're offering services for people's money, you have to remember that "the devil is in the details". Unfortunately, there are many minor discrepancies with your site that has left me feeling like it is not as professional or trustworthy as other mixers that I use.

In a nutshell, you should hire the services of a security expert and a compliancy officer to go through your site and FAQ to fine-tune it, especially if you would like to become a contender in this saturated market.

You also need to remove your claim of having the lowest fee on the market; as others have pointed out, there are services that offer mixes for lower fees, and the one I use (and advertise) does not charge a fee at all.

Thanks for letting me be a part of this testing period, but if I may be honest, I will not be using the service again considering that the 4-hour delay that I designated turned into 13 hours and the fee that was used in the redistribution was 0.00000744 BTC, not the 0.00001 BTC that was indicated in my order: https://blockchain.info/tx/ab152e63810f0a0b5ffed42ee26249bd14d9b54d7b5cda9f28f120e49759ac62

I would stop sending ElenaBlanca coins, and get some reviews from more established members instead of a Newbie who seems to just want free coins and doesn't bother writing a indepth review.

Sure. 3NSvhvYYBMVh1bPyKWjPfyiF3RHAAgsgtw

I think you still need more clarification, as simply stating that it affects confirmation time doesn't really help. What exactly does the fee value represent? Obviously it can't be a fixed fee as you might send with more or less inputs.

Can I join the line of testers? My addy for this: 1EHn8kLwjSShHQi6DBZzk4Fvc2ygV7Bw6i

After testing, I'd like to challenge anybody to find back the mixed coins. I'll send them to the first person who posts their new address (this offer lasts 1 week, I don't want to reserve coins forever).

Some thoughts (I may be a bit harsh, sugar coating isn't helping you to improve things):
1. The FAQ says the deposit address is valid 24h. What happens if I deposit, and before it confirms the Bitcoin network gets congested, resulting in my transaction still being unconfirmed after 24 hours?

2. You say you don't store logs, and "All logs are deleting". If you don't store them, you can't delete them. If you do store logs, chances are they can be recovered after deletion. Which one is it?

3. To look more professional, start all sentences with a capital character. For example: "we provaide a digitally signed confirmation" should start with "We". There are more language thingies that can be improved (and this is coming from a non-native English speaker), you may consider asking someone to proofread everything.

4. Is the delay set at exact hours, or do you add some random minutes (0-60) to make it less likely to identify transactions?
I can answer this question for myself now: it's quite accurately 1 hour. I suggest to randomly add 0-3600 seconds.

5. Your Letter of Guarantee has a "random" Bitcoin address. Why don't you use a vanity address for this? I have a giveaway for safe vanity addresses, but yours will be too long to create for free. An address starting with 1Bitsafe or 1BitSafe would be possible, starting with lower case 1bitsafe would take much more computing power.

6. Your Onion address looks random too, it would be better to search for an address that starts with your name.

I've tested some other things, like importing the Transaction ID into the Tor site, and that worked fine. The site is quite simple, so there really isn't much more to test Wink

Now back to my challenge: I've deposited this transaction, used the default Service fee (I'm not telling you how much exactly), set a delay anywhere from 0 to 23 hours (I'm not telling you my choice), and I lowered the fee because fees are low.

The first person to post my receiving address (OP excluded Tongue), receives the funds. This offer expires in a week.
Note: at the time I post this, my deposit is still unconfirmed and the return transaction hasn't been sent yet. It does say "BTC received. Awaiting 1 confirmation".

To start, stop requiring JavaScript to be enabled. NoScript is bundled by default with Tor, and privacy/security conscious users generally disable it as it prevents malicious scripts from being run. A slider is nice, but perhaps add a dropdown/text field if you detect that JS is enabled. No mixer should require JS. I cannot change any of the default settings without JS, which is bad.

I wanted to use Tor for mixing, so I went with the default settings (0.00007 BTC fee, and no delay). I think every other tester used a delay, so I figured I would try no delay (plus, Tor users or users with NoScript would have to this anyway right now)

To no surprise, the auto updating page didn't work. I would remove the spinny circle thingy (no clue what it's called) if the user has JS disabled, as it is confusing, given that the page cannot update. To my surprise, even with a refresh, the page does not update with NoScript. It works on my normal browser (Firefox 61.0b5, no script blocking), but never loads on Tor Browser. (7.5.4 (based on Mozilla Firefox 52.8.0)) You should probably fix that, so that Tor users have a better experience. Enabling scripts seems to fix it though. This is due to you making POST requests via JS to index.php, and I think it would be better to just have it be displayed on the page (perhaps dynamic page generation), or use a PHP iframe or something.

A fee of 7k satoshis causes your mixer to pay a fee of exactly 14k satoshis/kByte. This seems to be consistent with my previous mixing transaction, where a 1k sat fee causes your mixer to pay 2k sat/kByte. Instead of

Quote
TXfee is the commission of the bitcoin network for the transaction. The value of TXfee depends on the speed of confirmation of the output transaction. The value is approximate, it may vary slightly both in large or smaller amount. For optimal confirmation speed you can use default setting of the TXfee slider.

Something like this would be better:

Quote
The TX fee is the fee that goes the miners of the bitcoin network for the transaction. The speed of the confirmation depends on the value of the tx fee. In our case, the fee is approximately double the fee that you select in satoshis/byte. For optimal confirmation speed, you can use default setting of the TX fee slider. Example: If you ask for a 0.00001BTC fee, we will pay 0.00002BTC/kByte

Instant forwarding worked well, I got my BTC a few seconds after the first confirmation on the deposit transaction. I would suggest that you either go through all your text and fix it so that it's in better English, or hire someone to do so. Poor english looks unprofessional.

How long is it before deposit logs are deleted? My previous mix's info still has the data shown.

Did you sent them to a P2SH adress? I've found a trail but it seems that this one would a bit too obvious to actually be your receiving adress (+ the fact that the fees are actually a tad bit high on the transaction itself...).

My best guess is the address 1BSNnBo9dQvjWgu1NqhfYWdmRM2fv73oxy, with this being your mixing transaction. Only reasonable possibility I see.
