Roshpit.ca is an extremely comprehensive web app designed to recreate the same gambling rush from sports, but in this case eSports.

The game being gambled on is DotA2, the most spectated and competitive eSport in the world.

Below is an image of the first screen you will see on Roshpit.ca. Entering a real e-mail address is not mandatory but recommended for future updates and events.

The matches between professional teams are tracked and posted all in one place for easy navigation. The blue sticky notices are live updates from the admins to notify users of any unforeseen changes in schedules.

Details on specific matches are clearly displayed with the option of comments and a view of the top 5 betters.

The My Base tab displays your personal account information like all previous transactions, current bets, coins at risk, and personal flare. The Blue bar displays your accounts "level", in this case level 3. Your level increases as you place and win bets, this unlocks avatar flare. There is no advantage to having a higher level account when gambling.

*Note the Current balance of gold. Exactly 50,000 gold coins will always represent 1.0BTC.

This is where you can cash out your Roshpit gold for Bitcoins instantly.

Roshpit.ca is extremely easy and fun to use. We strongly urge you to try it. This is after all, the worlds very first eSports bitcoin gambling.

You're not first at all, don't even try to make that claim. BitBook.biz has had esports for so much longer than you. Please remove your false claims from your post.

Appreciate the feedback, and you're right.  I changed the title of my post.
I know we're not the first e-sports gambling site, but Roshpit.ca is exclusively for dota2 (since I'm a massive fan).

Thanks for the positive feedback on our design.  Grin
Our team would love to see some more members join. As of right now we've got $125 USD rolling around in our betting pool.  Not much, but we just launched on Sunday Nov 17th.

It's a little confusing when then site title reads "roshp.it" when the actual address is roshpit.ca

Why not just call it roshpit without the period if you don't have the .it address?

Also, is there any reason you're abstracting the bets into credits ("gold") instead of just using bitcoin as it?

Hello friend!  Thanks for taking a look!

You're totally right, I forgot to change the landing page since I never see it.  Will change tonight, thank you!

The reason for using gold markers instead of wallet to wallet on every transaction is simply for ease of use and avoiding small transaction fees.  We're also able to effectively include/add new crypto-currencies such as LTC and P2P with ease.  Lastly, gold will allows us to easily host fun events such as tournaments and lotteries which are currently in development.

You can convert your gold into BTC at anytime, you are not restricted.

Make an account, post your username here, and if I have extra promo-gold I'll send you enough to make your first wager.  Cheesy

Thanks again for the feedback.
