I can't figure out how to search just this thread... Sorry if this somewhere in the 50+ pages.
I have an Apple Airport Extreme router. The subnet is fixed at 255.255.255.0 and cannot be changed.
The instructions on page one state: Make sure your router's subnet is 1, ie 192.168.1.x
Will 255.255.255.0 work?
Thanks ... Ken

Direct connect the cube to the Computer. Change the IP address to whatever format you have decided on then reconnect thru the router

problem solved. corsair vs550 cant even support one cube, please take note guys changed to corsair cs600,now working well everything. is my cube running good ? i dont know read this. That is just verbage. Check the status page for your cube. For low clock you want no X's and a hash rate of around 32 For Hi clock, again, no X's and a hash rate of around 38. The hash rate will build slowly but should settle in under 10 minutes

I have 4 cubes, was running only 2 while waiting for a 2nd PSU. Got the second PSU (Corsair RM850) and plugged it all in, everything starts up and runs can connect but one of the cubes (one that wasn't set up previously) is has all "O"'s but has almost 100% reject rate and has a hash rate of 342 ASIC_01-16: O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O ASIC_17-32: O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O ASIC_33-48: O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O ASIC_49-64: O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O ASIC_65-80: O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O ASIC_81-96: O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O O M_01-16: 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 342 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 M_17-32: 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 M_33-48: 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 M_49-64: 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 M_65-80: 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 M_81-96: 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 000 Jobs:0000001855 Accepted:0000000018 Rejected:0000003245 (3: F1 F2 F3 MHS:00342 Utility:005 Efficieny:000.97% This is the output, all are running on a BFGminer proxy, have swapped power supplies, network cables, split the cube and reseated/tightened up all the blades... just this one cube is behaving this way Anyone else seen this happen or heard of this happening Thanks all

My take on that is that it is starving for work, try pointing that one cube to a stratum proxy of it's own

Hello, how to use "Pools" button in the web panel?
the pools button swaps between the first pool and second pool you have specified. unless you are using a cloud proxy, your pool address will be your own network proxy in both instances. clicking pools, will switch from 1st pool to 2nd pool. Since i'm connetting to my stratum proxy server, how to configure it to use two differente pools?

You could always try and replace the scorched cap and see if the blade runs, I would wait and see if they will replace it, if not try and repair it, you have nothing to lose.

with a comma , In the pool address's you will have 2 IP address's separated with a comma. If you are only using 1 pool you would have that pool's IP address entered twice separated with a comma. If you want to use a different fall back pool just change one of these IP address's to point to the second pool. The pools button on the interface allows you to cycle through the pools. You may be able to put in more than 2 address's, haven't tried it tho

So it turns out that my issue is down to the cube. I just received a second cube today. Hooked it up to the same PSU, same switch, and pointed it to the same proxy and it hashes on High. My first cube did for 24 hours, but will only hash on Low now. Any ideas as to what might have happened and if it's fixable? Still, an average of 35GH/s between the two isn't that bad.

I would strip both cubes, label one MB "A" the other "B" and the blades "A1,A2 .....B1, B2" etc then move all A's blades to B and B's to A, try that if the fault moves to the other MB you have a faulty blade, if it not you have a faulty MB. If it is a blade that is faulty, plug each blade in and test till you identify the faulty one. Then hit up your supplier.

I just got a cube miner and trying to use it with ghash.io and am not having much luck. https://i.imgur.com/MvolLWV.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/O9Uc2pI.jpgWindows 7 computer is the proxy, target in the shortcut is C:\miningproxy\mining_proxy.exe -o uk1.ghash.io -p 3333 Looks like everything is set up right and should be working, not sure what I am doing wrong. I have port 8332 open in the windows firewall, and also tested with the firewall off.

Alright, apparently it was a problem with ghash.io. Finally got pissed I couldn't figure out what was wrong on my end, noticed someone else in the thread used us1.ghash.io instead, switched to that and it's working great.
One other question though, how do I know if it's pulling too much power from the PSU? I have a 850 watt PSU, but it isn't just for this. It's in a homebuilt server that's going to have 12 hdds in it (just 4 currently). It's just running with a AMD 4350 (not overclocked) and 16gb of RAM, and boots from a usb stick. That shouldn't take too much power right? I can't seem to figure out how to get power draw information from anywhere.

Hi, I was wonderin if anybody could help me. ive followed all of your steps but i cannot connect. no matter what IP i try it wont connect. I have a airport time capsuel setp as my router if that makes a difference. I am trying to connect on windows and mac and neither make a difference. I have tried plugging it straight into my windows laptop and connecting but that doesnt work either. Any help would be great!

Had a power outage at my house and afterwards my Cube isn't working. It turns on, I got all the right lights, I'm seeing some activity on the Ethernet port, and it reports to my browser just fine. I tried resetting it and setting it up anew, but to no avail. Has anyone seen anything like this? Update: When my power went out and the entire network came back up at one time, the IP address on my Mac changed, meaning the Cube was looking in the wrong place for the proxy. The solution was simply to update the Cube with the new IP address. Hopefully this will help someone else out in the future.
