I saw this post earlier today and decided to look into some post history, the account that made the post had 7 posts, two of which were bounty entry posts with twitter usernames attached.

The first account is trying to sell a few accounts in the auctions subforum and in his local subforum so its clear that the person that holds all these accounts is an account farmer. Also, all these accounts are used primarily to claim from bounty campaigns.
