for example, a full member has 250 merits and the correct number of ability to go at sr.member

No, nothing will change except your rank. from Full Member to Sr. Member

0.5 sMerit for every 1 Merit. if you do not send merits, you will have 75 Smerit + Initial distribution merits.
= 75 + ((YearActivity/378) * 0.2 * 100) sMerit.[1]**

For every 2 Merits you receive for posting, you will have the abilioty to send 1 Smerit

If that Full member has not sent out any Smerit up to that point they would have 74 75 Smerit

No they dont. sMerits are given by default to this accounts that were already there when merit was started. They get 1 sMerit for every 2Merit they receive but other than that they dont get any other sMerit. Exception to this is the merit sources. Their sMerits are refilled every month so that they can distribute them.

You need to read the post about merit from theymos. Everything is written there. Still - for every 2Merit that one receives they get 1sMerit to distribute.

to your fist question sMerit does not increase automatically, unless you are a Merit Source. (What is a merit source? read this thread for the details about merit and smerits)

What you do mean by that? There were some default merits and sMerits, which were distributed when Merit System were introduced, so those 250 are probably default merits (does not mean he should have 74 smerits).

sMerits increased only when you receive merits from another member.

This was using OP's example of a Full member acheiving Senior Member status. Full members regardless of activity started with 100 Merit score.

They then needed to be given 150 Merit to reach senior member, of which half would be 75. I did not notice my typo in my post will edit.

Not knowing their previous activity prior to Merit I can't say if they would have been given any Smerit on the day the system was introduced.

I think the person in question should have 75merits if only he or she hasn't given it out. This is why
For each merit we get, we have 0.5sMerit and this sMerit is spend able. Now for this person to be able to get to sr member, the person has accumulated 150sMerits and assuming non was given away, he has 75merits from his new rank because that the merit points he got that enabled his account to be upgraded.

Hi Andreaas1986,
I have checked your post history, which shows that you published a bunch of threads since January of 2018, the point merit system launched.
Honestly and subjectively, you wrote  lots of non-sense threads. That is the main reasons why several months after the launch day of merit system, you asked such boring, basic question like this.
Before publishing your next threads, I highly suggest you to spend a couple of minutes to read this one, created by Theymos - the forum admin.
