Yeah, it's the right time for stacking.
I'm pretty sure that after CEN is listed on next exchange and appears on CMC the Network Weight will grow dramatically.

The biggest value I noticed was about 22M.

Today Bitcoin reached 13k, we seem to be close to the next crypto boom cycle. 
So all we need now is to list CEN on the 2nd exchange and let Concensum appear on CMC.

What? really about this news? I never thought it would happen like this. Indeed the new exchange is very vulnerable to hacker behavior and it is very difficult to cure.

Sad, but every year few crypto exchanges suffer from hacking.
Imo, the number of such hacks will grow next years.
