Up  up up.  this thread needs to be kept alive because there are still people who didn't get their funds back.  It would be much better an more reassuring if they had someone on bitcointalk too.  They used to have someone but he isn't active anymore.  They don't respond on telegram, BTT and hardly respond to mails.  If you have such a big exchange, hire more people and build a flawless reputation.  They don't seem to understand that trust means more earnings...
