Liqui doesn't do much support and a lot of people lost funds in deposits that never got through or withdrawals that never succeeded.  Now it's time we stood up and do something about it.

Possibilities are:

- Press charges
- Class action suit
- Get the Ukranian government involved
- Mass social media actions

There are enough people who are more than willing to put some effort into this.

i have 2 pending withdrawal since 3 months..  liqui customer support only answer that i have to wait..

Do you think creating the group of victims on the Telegram will recover your funds? What you can do is spread the scam news as mush as you can,it will help the people in future by getting scammed.If the governments involves that might give some solutions but I doubt that it will happen.

And one more thing,Poloniex also will join in the scam club in the near future in my opinion because there are lots of cases are opened against them,so be careful guys and never store your funds in exchange for too long.

No the telegram group won't recover my funds, but if we gather enough people, we stand stronger.  Get a lawyer kind of stronger.

i had a withdraw pending in HITBTC and after a telegram group got big enough they started resolving the issue. So i advise everybody who has a problem with liqui to join the telegram chat!

Glad I found this thread. I occasionally use Liqui for selling some small amount of tokens. I don't fully use the exchange because it has exorbitant withdraw fees! Anyway, OP, you should move this thread into the scam or reputation section so that more eyes will see it.

We need to spread the word!! Liqui is SCAMMING people..  stay away and withdraw all the funds if you can.

a representative of exhange hitbtc joined the group and began to solve the problems.

The answer I had to Liqui? "You have to wait" only that, when I complained they said they were going to ban me.

OP is right in making telegram group , as you said spread scam news as much as you can , then he can spread this scam news via that group . they can invite more people in that group , large community always needed to make pressure on such careless brands .
also if community will be large enough then they can hire a lawyer with donated fund , there are many lawyers which sue such exchanges and specifically deal only in crypto .

If you want to scam people by conducting some scam ICO and run away, you can get away with that.  Very hard to stop & prevent.  If you have an exchange and you want to continue to make money with it, your reputation is everything.  There are several people including myself who lost enough or a considerable amount of money and who are willing to go far into this.  Doing this through the authorities may be the last resort.  But continuos scamming people who happen all (or most of them) to be in the same forum is a very very bad idea.  If we don't get our money back there will be a sh*tstorm of bad reviews, signatures, threads, bulk postings with fake addresses in their trollbox and much much more.  It will be in their financial interest to pay us back or they will lose a lot of customers.  We are just getting started.  Don't f*ck around with computernerds when your income depends on trust & reputation on the internet.

Who said anything about holding coins for a long time on an exchange?  I happen to have send some coins to my deposit in order to trade on Liqui and they never arrived.  That is by my knowledge still very normal behavior in crypto.  Don't assume things you don't know anything about.

Looks like they finally started listening and reading OR it is just some coincidence but anyway: my funds got through (5eth) and this guy with 45 (!) eth just got his transaction confirmed:

All I can say now is that for ME Liqui is clear when it comes to scam accusations.  If they were deliberate scammers, they wouldn't just transfer 45 + 5 eth, they would be gone with the money.  But they REALLY need to hire more people to speed their support up a bit.  Because people get really tensed when they have several BTC or eth not coming through. I hope the Liqui guys read this and pay attention: if you want to keep your status of (quite) big exchange, make your support WORK faster.

And thanks for sending my eth and this guys eth.

Good luck to all of those people who lost their funds (for now).  There is still hope: it looks like they're working on their tickets.

I am in the same boat. I sent 6.2 eth to my liqui account but the address had changed.


Admin told me he would help and now 40 days later still nothing.
I opened another ticket and the guy says he will ban me.

All my issues have been solved in the past but for some reason iv lost my money it seems here. If by chance an admin sees this my ticket number is -#31781 .

Same for me always you have to wait, then threaten to ban... I used to like liqui but now its just hopeless, 6.2 eth lost for 40 days

Do not use this exchange, something very bad is happening to them. It's been over 3 months and my money is still with them. I'm desperate that money was all I had I'm depressed and this problem is affecting my relationship with my wife.

Please I beg if someone from liqui is seeing this resolve the withdraws

Terrible, I have been trading arbitration a few months ago.
and my coins stalled while making a deposit, this became my worst experience with liqui. I do not want to trade in liqui anymore.
