Edited 2020-11-29 to fix a broken image

I asked about these in another thread and found the explanations... uhhhh... lacking. BTW there are no password changes for the "friends" accounts.

Yeah, unfortunately i did.
Figured i needed it for Jr Member so i can post pictures on threads like these as proof.

Later i figured i don't need it for Jr. Member, but couldn't undo it

Are these also your alts:

Samson_bbl
MrSlave
SpockSenior

Nope

I created them for some friends few months back, as their IP was flagged as "evil" for some reason.

Merit abuse is obvious.

Btw, judging merit/post/trust/joined the same bounties/account reselling history there are more accounts connected to his "friends" accounts Wink

Yes, quite likely. I haven't really had the time to look into it but for example Samson_bbl spent all 5 of their sMerits on this post:

Before finding out about this project I never heard about IVEP. Is this a brand new thing or did other projects try to implement it in the past?

SpockSenior spent all 6 of their sMerits on this post (reply to btcltcdigger, such coincidence):

Autonomous ships are already mass produced?I didnt know that.

And MrSlave spent all 5 of their sMerits on this post:

Whats moral or immoral is kinda relative,so i hope Chatello wont be too harsh if they go that way.

Then Desmozgenes (red-trusted by guess who Smiley ) spent all their sMerits on one user (multiple posts though).

Edit: Desmozgenes -> Ajutokintumi -> Gwiazdooka -> PuryLock -> Desmozgenes

Typically I wouldn't draw any conclusions based on how someone decides to use their sMerits but this pattern is highly suspicious.

Fair enough, a claim has been made.

I've sent the following message to marlboroza in Croatian (since he's croatian)

Quote
Cuj, ako treba mogu ti dokazat da su mi to frendovi.
Jbg pomazu mi vodit bounty kampanje,  i neki sudjeluju u njima.

Imamo TG grupu, i mogu te upoznat sa svima njima uzivo ako treba.

To s meritom, jbg, glupe odluke, al sta je tu je, ne poricem da sam taj merit dao, i ne poricem da mi je rpi3eu alt

Basically, i can prove its real people by introducing him to them. Online or even in person if he's from the capital

Not sure what that would prove. That you have friends? There is no feasible way to prove that you're NOT in control of those accounts.

There is no password change on ANY of the three accounts. How can you explain that?

Once i did the same thing over stackoverflow, I asked few of my friends to upvote me like 30*4 , after 2 weeks i got suspended for 30 days and all my friends accounts were permanently removed [ yes they no longer exist ].

In context to above, merit should be given on posts that deserve it, not to unlock some rank.

Hahaha, true. But sometimes that needs prooving as well

Unfortunately, password or email changed has known to tag accounts as "account buyers" in the past.

I myself personally only changed my password once in the 4 years my account exists, and this was last year after it got hacked. Had to write to theymos with a signed bitcoin message to get it back.
And even after that, i was briefly marked as a "possibly hacked account" because of that
