If the site representative is willing to see into your case and someone sort out your issue so be it, there are many instances in the past that the site representative have sorted out the issue and without mocking out for the help offered it is better you provide him the details, not sure whether he will sort your issue but is it a big hurdle to PM him your ID, lets see what he can do in this situation if your case is genuine.

You should see how they treat me. They kicked me from the site (as you can see in their message), they ignore direct emails, they ignore messages at their homepage,everything unanserwed.
Their reply here is just for the public, not for helping me. That is how they operate. My emails are unaserwed for 20 hours, my message at nitro for 48 hours. They also ignore my affiliate.

Its because the case of your account is already finished and the way you sound towards them isn't helping.

Last time I also did the same mistake used a vpn to browse nitro one time because they would just block ips from certain countries and I was falsely accused of having another account but after explaining my situation everything went back to normal.

I am also using Nitrogen for very long time and have never any issue recently they block my country so now I am not using this but still have faith they are legit and doing good for bitcoin betting but this newbie account without any solid proof posting here consistently its not going to help.

I had around 0.22 in my account. AFter the 4 day revie just just said I have multiple account, which is not true, they give me my last deposit back (0.11 btc) and keep the rest.
I also have 260 nitro points worth at least 0.024 in free bets, they dont give it to me.

I did NOTHING wrong and they steal mu money and dont even answer or explaing anything.
This is a SCAM for me.
