I can definitely understand your frustration here; I think there might be a small misunderstanding. We don't promise free bets to users who post in our forum thread. However, we do have a fantastic and very loyal community. We often give away free bets in the Nitrogen chat, and on rare occasions thank members for their vocal support on the forum or Twitter with a small free play.

If you're referencing our Signature Sweepstakes, unfortunately "newbies" aren't eligible to participate, and this is clear in the rules of the contest. Free bets also aren't given for every post with the signature sweepstakes, but all participants are entered into a draw at the end of every month. That's a great question - For last month's draw, we recorded the total number of btctalk posts by each user at the time of their entry; we then took the difference between that number and the number of each user's posts at the end of the month. We then filtered through each user's posts and multiplied the number of qualified posts, based on that user's member ranking, to get their number of contest entries. We then used an RNG with set parameters (based on the total number of entries).

Last month, we had a total of 337 entries from eight entrants. We also announced the winners publicly on our games & rounds thread here.

Just a suggestion, that it would be better to make that draw procedure more transparent. Maybe you use a site which is transparent to all to genetrate a random number and based on that process the draw.

I did told me they weren't culpable , also the Duckworth match was taken down 20 minutes earlier and the rayo vallecano was listed at the wrong time. This sucks because I really wanted to bet on that match, I expect better from you guys.  I have a screencap to show you the wrong time posted on that match, that isn't cool, heritage would send me an email to apologize immediately and that's only the beginning.  This only occurred once in 4 years there but at nitro 3 times in 2 weeks, didn't care about you being wrong by 15 minutes so let it go but this is habitual, damaging  your reputation with clients.  I like your book so hope this will soon end because it puts us  at a major inconvenience forcing us to go elsewhere
