I am wondering if any of you experience this problem? i try to use chrome to open nitrogensport and almost all the time, the website will freeze within 15-30sec. and i try to refresh and even go to the url part to click and hit enter again. half of the time, it will refresh and update. the other half of the time, it will stuck there and it showed that it is already refresh but nothing can be done. Even hitting enter on the url to go back to the home page of nitrogensport, the page is still stuck there at the match page.

And also how do i search for certain match? I cant find the search function and even if i go to live/upcoming matches to search for the matches, it does not display matches that are 3hr in advance.

Regarding the "freeze" part, I have been using nitrogensports regularly for some months but have never had this problem on Chrome, so I have no idea about it. Also, I don't think there is a search function on nitrogen, and you have to choose the sports and tournament (eg soccer-> England Premier League) to find the matches yourselves.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations. We're trying to reproduce the issue here, however, we haven't been able to recreate what you've described. Please email our support team (support@nitrogensports.eu) or PM us and include as much detail as possible regarding the issue, browser extensions, and type of device you're using to access the site. We'd be happy to help you troubleshoot.

Also, the best way to find a match is to use the search bar in the "starting-soon" section under the specific sport you're looking for. You can also use the search bars under the specific leagues as well.

Also are deposits and withdraws vary in time according to the amount of btc you deposit or withdraw?  I assume any type of deposit whether 0.1 or 50 btc would be deposited around the same time.  However if its a withdraw, a big withdraw such as 50 btc withdraw would take a lot lot longer than a 0.1 btc withdraw?



And just to confirm, there is no rollover at all on deposits?  For example if one sends 20 btc from their wallet to nitrogen.  Then they make a withdraw of 20 btc later on, there is no issue with this at all?

Hey Viking...I'm loving all of the questions!  Let me start at the beginning of your first message:

You are more than welcome to send to the same bitcoin address every time. The option to change addresses is there for additional anonymity and security.

When you make a withdrawal you enter the address of your personal wallet, or the wallet on the site you're withdrawing the funds to. If you would like to change wallets each time, you certainly can, that is totally up to you.  Your call.

Withdrawal times are not in any way effected by the size of the withdrawal or deposit. Deposits depend on how long it takes Blockchain to process the transaction. Withdrawals are all approved after a quick review by our securities team. This is generally within a couple of minutes.

There is no issue with this at all. You are free to make as many deposits and withdrawals as you like, all of which are totally free.

While the transaction may be pending, you are still able to bet on the sportsbook.  It is only if you want to play poker that you need to await confrimation.
