Fix live betting,Fix the affiliate program and fix poker...
Live Betting today was a joke,every wager took 2-3 minutes to get into the slip with the "oops line has changed" error when it had not,players where talking about this in chat. Its ongoing issue that you blame on the provider but I will touch on that next.
I got sick of the oops line change error and got a wager in the ticket to bet later in the match. The line was -290 and I was looking for a spot where the line would change to more reasonable odds. The player I selected went down 15 love and I waited,finally clicking send to get the new line.
Low and behold Nitro excepts the line instantly. I refresh to see a new line of -235 not even a couple seconds later.
This looks like the house taking advantage of players thinking they are not watching the game and trying to get a bet in.
Also notice that the line moves against me a lot,even when the line should not be moving at all because their is no play at the moment.
Seems like the more I try the more the line moves up and that may just be perception but its a issue.
The affiliate program should be out right cancelled or you should give back the players that lost their significant affiliate payments their players back. Having some guy run freerolls is doing two bad things..Its making people create new accounts to get into a freeroll. Two its encouraging more players to think about multi accounting knowing they now have at least two accounts that nothing happened over.
Poker has been ongoing for a year and each time I complain I am given a different excuse.
I should post them to show how all over the map Nitro can be with excuses,contradicting the person just before and so on.
If you track IP it would kill all this issue and those that want to play will play. You actually lose customers because you are holding onto the anon factor that very few people want. If they do they are playing somewhere else mostly anyways. Attract the real poker players that know there is a checks and balance against cheaters. People want to play poker!

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the live betting platform. Live bets can have a 5 second delay to check that the lines have not been updated before the bet is placed. This is a verification to ensure that our live lines and odds are accurate. A close game can have more frequent swings and I can definitely understand how this can be frustrating at times.
We have taken into account your feedback along with some other users' regarding the odds update notifications and our tech is currently working on a solution to improve the usability our live betting platform. This of course will take a bit of time for our dev team to implement but I can assure you that our current platform does not look to take advantage of swings in the betting lines.
Regarding poker, we do understand that multi-accounting is a very serious issue in the bitcoin poker industry. Our platform has been improved since its release to help reduce the potential for multi-accounting in poker tournaments. However, it is difficult to prevent users from creating new accounts due to the anonymous nature of the site. We believe that anonymity is important to most of our users as well as most of those in the bitcoin community. We ask that you immediately contact our support if you ever suspect a user of multi-accounting. Our support staff also take proactive measures to investigate accounts with suspicious poker activity.
