Nobody cares that you say you have spoken to the poker team repeatedly. No one knows if this is true, who you are, or whether this is an account shared by multiple people associated with Nitrogen. No one wants to hear excuses about why you can't can't get a response from the poker team.

The simple fact remains that hand histories are a necessary feature for an online poker site to be trustworthy. Nitrogen doesn't provide this feature and Nitrogen has given no indication that this is going to change. As I write previously this means you are either incompetent or dishonest. Furthermore, given how slick the site is, it really makes me wonder about the integrity of the people running the site.

There are only so many times dumb players can bet out and hit 1 outers and runner, runner hands before it stops being reasonable. I and others effectively feel that we have been cheated.

How can you say you don't have a reason from the poker team for why hand histories aren't a feature on the site? Nitrogen has been around for years. Are you really saying you haven't considered the hand histories feature until now?

Whether it is you or others at Nitrogen, you have to stop making excuses about hand histories if you want players to trust your site. If you are truly serious about being a player in the online poker space this should be the number one priority. The fact that it doesn't seem to be a priority at all reflects very poorly on Nitrogen.

A site that can add a feature of player standings for a month,surely can add a feature of hand histories.
You most likely have all the needed features to implement this already.

I know variance but the way your poker plays out is not legit.

1. Way to many split pot hands (AKvsAK) to enduce rake and leave both players with less
2. Way to many runner runner hands
3. Way to many players calling allin and catching when they had complete air
4. Cheating still goes unchecked

By allowing us hand histories we could help catch these cheaters,you would gain the upper hand over the competition and you would put to sleep the people like myself that think you are running a rigged game.

Another thing yesterdays 100 hands had 52 players in it and I could clearly see some fishy hand playing.
Either bump up the prize or bust these cheaters so we are not again being robbed.

You guys need to figure out the situation with the 50,100 and thousand hands.

I started playing 20 minutes after the 50 hand started and hit the 50 hands only to see it reset.
This needs to be fixed or again its a optic issue and you are actually making it pointless to play anytime during the 50 hand.
100 hand same issue if you made it start as soon as 100 hand starts it would not kill the tables instantly at that time.
Its odd the thousand hand works fine!
Small glitch in the sites favor,do you want it to continue to smear the site or do you want to fix it?

Another bad beat donk been shoving 4 hands in the last 10 I 3xbb and he shoves with JTos into my AKs and he hits straight right on the flop! Come on,I do so much better on other sites this is just garbage how you expect people to believe you are legit.
Going to start posting my hands on twitter and when I get enough will see whats what. If you reset the hand player well I am performing this you will be saying everything people need to know about this site.

It looks like the counter for the 50 hand challenge was reset prematurely in the poker client, however, the issue has been resolved.

Regarding the reset times for hand challenges - The counters for each hand challenge resets at the scheduled start time of the tournament and immediately begins recounting. (Ex. the 100 Hand Counter resets daily at 6pm). Only hands played in cash games are counted towards the challenges and hands played within the challenges themselves will not count.

Calvin that is fucking stupid. Just have hand histories without identifying the other players by username. Just use: seat 1, seat 2 etc. Maybe you can't use the info to track collusion but for players like me who want to see if the cards are running fairly in the long run this is enough.

I gave the site another shot and it's the same bs. Don't trust how the cards run at all and it is very suspicious that the site doesn't provide a means for review. Always feels like I am getting robbed.

I can confirm what evildrum said. The tourney counters don't reset until the tourney finishes. So whatever you accumulate while the tourney is being played is lost.

Yeah but Im also kinda sick of seeing these poker hand history posts. Its the only thing going on in this thread for the past 2 weeks. Lighten up a bit stats or go to another poker site.

If there where no posts of hand histories needed,you would see little of anything but advertising from the site.
Some here think that hand histories would help move the poker scene forward,stalling or saying they will address it later does not help the current set up.
Sorry for making you tired,go to a doctor and get that looked at!

Unfortunately I do not have a timeline to share but I can update you by saying that the project has received the green light and it is now on our road map.

Having readily available poker hand histories may take some time for our teams to develop and I'd really appreciate your patience with this. I'll be sure to keep you updated with the status on this but you can feel free to reach out if you have additional feedback.
