It should be super easy to extend it so entire hand histories can be saved and legitimacy of site can be verified. They refuse. All the players agree cards don't run normal.

Typically withdrawals are processed within a matter of minutes, however, on occasion they can be held up for further review before they can be processed. If you send a ticket to support they might be able to provide some additional info on the status of your withdrawal.
