Hello sir!
I opened an account to play poker but I lost my password or user name.
I have like 0.038 in the account.
I send you a pm and some tickets to support but I was not answer.
Please help me to recover my account if is possible.
I can also sign a messege with the address wich I deposited.

Thanks! I recovered my account! Regards It's good to hear that you recovered your account. Honestly speaking, their support team nowadays has improved a lot compared to the previous months. I encountered a problem with their site few hours ago (unable to put bet on my favorite team) and I just asked the admin in chat to take a look at it. After a few minutes, the problem has been resolved. Kudos to the Admins and the support of the site. Keep up the good work. |

Live betting is not the best feature of Nitrogen, they have the best odds of pre-match betting and is famous for huge betting limit. I prefer betting pre-match here, for live betting, I prefer betcoin.ag or sportsbet.io. |

Well as a newbie I am very much interested on the things that you said from nitrogen sports about famous huge bettig limit. I personally have fiat money saving that I wanted to invest for the reliable btc gambling site and I planned to invest any of it in the future. |

Well live betting has always been a bit shitty here. You should go to directbet for that, Nitrogen is known for their odds pre match which are always very good. But yeh they suck a bit in live management xD |

Proper investigation and explanation would also be helpful for the users of Nitrogen as they can prevent this from happening to their accounts. It is quite puzzling that this happened even if his 2FA is enabled. I know that 2FA is just a layer of security and will not protect you 100% but it should be very hard to empty his account when the said security is properly functioning. |

It is rarely to hear the similar story, with 2FA, I assume it is 100% secure. How much bitcoin did you lose? |
