PSA: My nitrogen account was compromised and emptied with 2FA enabled. Please be weary of leaving balances on this site. None of my other accounts were compromised or show any evidence of break ins. Nitrogen support has been totally unhelpful even refusing to confirm if the withdrawals were made from a remote location. They said they had thousands of accounts and emails in the hackers hands being distributed to the darknet for sale.  |

I don't know if I'm the only one who's experiencing this but it appears that I can't play poker using the Google Chrome browser. Fortunately, I found a solution for this. I tried using Mozilla Firefox and it worked. I don't know the cause of it but I'm glad that I found a solution for it. So, there you go, if anyone's having problems with poker on their Google Chrome browser, just use other browsers like Mozilla. 
Hello Nitrogensports, Any update on this ? This still seems to be a problem. I tried clearing cache and even a different browser, but it hasn't helped solving that problem. I have been using chrome.

You can reach them directly via support ticket, or email at support@nitrogensports.eu and try to include as much details as possible (device, browser, account ID, etc) Thanks Alex I think I got it sorted. Chrome didn't work, and I believe safari didn't either. But just tried firefox and it allowed me to login and play poker just fine. Thank you for the reply. |

This book is shady. I've made a lot of wagers here but today they blocked all my accounts for seemingly winning too many free bets in the chat trivia they run.
From a support ticket:
"We do not allow more than one account per user or environment where connections are shared." - Nowhere in the rules does it say this. There are a ton of users on the site with WAY more accounts than me. The only mention of multiple accounts in the rules states they cannot be used for defrauding the book or circumventing bans/limits.
"They also found these being used for circumventing our promotions when playing trivia." - I use three different accounts, but I've only ever played the trivia or any other promotion on one single account at a time. I was well aware of the rule regarding this and made it a point to never break it.

I would think this is a standard rule for all sports books and bitcoin casino accounts. They all don't allow multiple accounts because of abusing their bonus promotions. So if they closed your account(s) then it was justified cause it is a rule in their own T.O.S that you agreed to when you signed up for an account with them in the first place.  Sorry to tell you this. |

Please let it be so, you're now the only sports betting site I use in my favorite sports to bet on. Adding F1 to your roster will definitely be great as that would make you a one stop shop for me.
