The team is aware of the issue with these multi-accounters and hand-folding to enter the unlockable challenges. Nitrogen's poker team has some planned changes that will take place later next week to help combat this.

There has to be more behind this.

The issue has been ongoing but has worsened once Fortunejack closed their poker platform. The multi accounting tends to be more Russian based and the South Americans are using some form of instant messaging to exchange information as they can be active on multiple tables and suddenly just vanish as group. The Russians tend to leave accounts sitting as they log them out.
I did catch a player once stating he plays 6 screens in chat and they never banned him and is still active his account is deputat something or other. Could scan my reports for his name.

Nitro would rather we just go away but the issue needs to be pushed or they go about business as usual.
Look at the hourly freeroll having 40 plus players and the prize is still .001! They can claim its because of the cheating but its a issue that they also allow. Its really a win/win situation for them. The cheats steal from the players and Nitro can ban them and keep the funds. Have said this time and time again,if Nitro allows cheating,than these players should be considered house players!

If they change anything it will be minor...One change is to make the requirements have to include post flop play.
So now the cheats will play to the flop and fold,easy for them to continue,not a big change!

Why does nitro not compensate or even address compensating players that have been cheated?
If there is no compensation,nitro is in fact the one stealing from the players.

i have been telling them to change the poker promo for a while now to where u have get nitro points to enter the tournaments
or just give away free bets for getting a certain amount of nitro points or even high hand bonuses would be better

Do you honestly think anyone is going to believe that the team who can't "catch" people folding hand after hand to each other to exploit your bonus is going to catch anyone doing anything more sophisticated?

Also, how would you expect to identify collusion if not by play style?  Obviously you're not going to answer that since you wouldn't divulge how you try to catch people (nor should you divulge that information), but that's how you catch collusion...by play style.

I think the players have waited long enough to see some changes and at least some one monitoring poker in any form.

Thank you for bringing these accounts to our attention. As you might have noticed, the way in which we deal with these multi-accounters is not ideal. We are working on implementing a fix to ensure that this will no longer happen; unfortunately, this can take some time. In the interim, we will continue to investigate all accounts and do our best to block them.

In regards to your cell connectivity, do you receive any sort of error? If so, what does it say? Is your cell phone using Wifi on the same network as your computer? If so, do you ever experience a disconnect on your computer? My best guess at this point would be something to do with the connection of your cellphone- depending on whether you are on wifi or using cellular data. While I am not sure that there is anything we can do on our end to remedy the situation, if you do encounter an error, please let us know and we will certainly pass it along to the tech team. Lastly, does this connectivity issue seem to affect the sports book or casino, or is it solely poker which is affected?

You are certainly entitled to your views in regards to the Multi-Accounting problems; the crew at Nitrogen Sports will continue to monitor our players' action in order to maintain the necessary order and avoid any unlawful circumstance, but continue to rely also on our customer's help in the reporting of any wrong-doing committed by our players. However we may try to tackle every single instance, it may not always be possible to track every cheater, from a humanly-feasible perspective in the briefest and most convenient time.

Feel free to provide us with any evidence you stumble upon for any poker violations, as we regard each and every single report with the utmost seriousness.

I just logged on to look through the 100 hand and could not believe I caught 4 more accounts cheating by just opening the lobby. Any table doing over 150 hands in a hour is a red flag!
Need to find a easier way to catch them other than copying every handreplayer link,it just takes to much effort when there is 4 different tables of cheats.

+1. I don't think it is cheating, and so many accounts with so many different ip, it doesn't make sense.

You two must not play on this site or you would know that there is a promotion that is based on hands played.
Once they hit the 50,100 or 1k in hands they get access to freerolls. As for making sense,these players are coming from less well off Countries and they also enjoy multiple cashes in these freerolls if they are lucky. So the amount increases with each account they get into the money. Thats why they look to knock out legit players frequently in hopes of increasing the accounts they get into the money.

Well I sent in 6 more players that I have not added here yet through tickets. Glancing at the lobby and seeing and how many of these names are in the 1k,I say you need to step it up a bit. Stop relying on me and others to point out the obvious. I most likely wont make the 1k because I am to busy reporting cheats. If you want the customers to do the work put them on the payroll at least!

Already see the cheaters stepping their game up a bit and it eats into your plans to make the hand post flop based.
They are betting preflop and folding on the flop,so pretty much thinking that you will do nothing if they do that.
Most likely right.

Nitro can not fix the cheating issue but they sure can push it under the rug! Look at the time stamp of my post and how long it took them to bury it with a big promo advertisement.
