Is there a way to cancel withdrawals here? I've made a small withdrawal 11hours ago and it still pending right now. Also some of my esports bet are about to reach the 24 hour mark of still pending. Everything became a mess after that unscheduled maintenance earlier.

Yes, you can cancel withdrawals on nitrogensports. Just simply chat on tab chat and tell the admin/chat moderator to cancel your withdrawals. Or you can send them a support ticket about canceling your withdrawals. Esports match always graded long on nitrogensports, they will tell you to wait up to 24hours, damn long.

Someone had this issues about a month ago and they were told by the person in shat they needed to email the department which took care of those sort of things.
They did get their withdraw cancelled eventually.
I think they wanted them to email someone else so to have the paper trail these casinos seem to need so to keep tabs on those requests.

Nitrogensports are doing business for quite a long time now and such ignorance from a established site can't be accepted.
Even if they had any problems, they should clearly state it to the users.
Wish it is not another Mt.gox.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having a bad few days at Nitrogen. We really do apologize for the unexpected technical issue we had over the weekend and we're working to make sure something like this doesn't leave our players out in the cold again.

I understand your concern with trusting your BTC to us and having no immediate access to them, even for a short while. I want you to know that your balance was never in danger and our system does not expose balances to undue risk.

How is the scheduled maintenance on the site?
Is it due to the august 1st everyone is talking abut which an affect the processing of deposits and withdrawals to almost all casino sites?

Hi Lionidas,

The downtime was not at all related to the BIP148 activation set for Aug. 1. It was an issue where our lines were incorrectly 7 hours offset, leaving some lines up well past match completion. Our dev. team had to take some time to fix the issue properly, and our accounts team had to spend some time ensuring that the integrity of our player balances was up to date.

All is fixed as of writing, and you should have full access to your account. We really apologies for any inconvenience.

i have another issue - a game i bet on a few days ago was left up with the incorrect date and time - and it already started 30 minutes the time stamp.

it was sent to the graders for review but nobody got back to me.

Note regarding BIP 91 and player deposits:

As of yesterday, an important step was reached when BIP 91 locked in, greatly increasing the chance of a smooth transition over to Segwit.

However technical changes on this scale do add the risk of temporary instability to the network, and Nitrogen Sports needs to take this into account as we look to protect our players during this period.

We intend to be proactive in ensuring minimal disruption while maintaining a high level of security. With that in mind, we are announcing the following change to our player deposit protocol:

Effective July 22nd, 2017 at 22:00 EST, ALL deposits will require 6 confirmations before they are added to player accounts.

This means that for a short time, players will have to wait 60 minutes (subject to Blockchain congestion) before being able to use newly deposited Bitcoin with Nitrogen Sports.

This measure is TEMPORARY and will be re-assessed 48-hours after implementation with the aim to decrease or eliminate the confirmation requirement.

Standard Nitrogen confirmation rules will still apply after the 6 confirmation requirement is lifted.

This is meant to protect deposits while BIP 91 is technically activated on Sunday July 23rd, 2017.
