BTC deposit taking forever even with a decent fee. Why don't you guys accept BCH?

You just deposited at a wrong time always check bitcoinfees21 to set the correct fee when makin deposits. Yesterday I only spent 10k sats to make my deposit and got confirmed within the next block. I think they will accept BCH but not right now. |

You just deposited at a wrong time always check bitcoinfees21 to set the correct fee when makin deposits. Yesterday I only spent 10k sats to make my deposit and got confirmed within the next block. I think they will accept BCH but not right now. No, they won't. They have made a statement in the past saying that they think that bitcoin cash is just another altcoin (on which I agree). There was some discussion about that a short while ago, because users were wondering if they could claim some bitcoin cash, but it turned out they couldn't, because nitrogen doesn't support it. Therefore, I don't think that they'll allow it in the future. |

Therefore, I don't think that they'll allow it in the future. we still couldn't say that, there are sites that don't want to support BCH before the fork but happens to support it few days after the fork and there are sites too that still do not support BCH but credited their users BCH based on how much BTC on their account on the time of the FORK. if nitrogen don't credit the BCH it is like they stole some big amount of money from their users which i think not good |

This is now the 2nd time that a bet has been accepted, my coins are being shown as, "in play", and when I login later, my bet is nowhere to be found in my history and I do not get paid out. This has happened twice now on winning bets, one of which was for .15 btc and the one today that was for .1 btc. It has not yet happened on a losing bet. I didn't mention anything on the first one, as I figured it was a fluke and there must have been some kind of issue when the bet was made, but I have now been cheated out of over .25 btc of winnings, and this seems to be a problem that is recurring. I am not suggesting that Nitrogen is cheating anyone, and it may just be an error, but here is the fact pattern for today...
I logged into Nitrogen, which showed roughly .65 btc in my balance.
I picked 2 bets, the over on MN Twins vs. NY Yankees, and the over on the NY Mets vs. the FL Marlins and put in a bet size of .1 btc for both of them.
I clicked accept wager and I got the message that my betslip was successfully placed.
I scrolled up to the top and it said that I had .2 btc in play and my balance was down by .2 btc.
I did not click on my in play bets to confirm, but I didn't think I should have to since my inplay showed it as made.
I just logged on and my balance didn't seem right, and when I went to my bets, it only showed the Twins vs Yankees as being made. I just don't see how that is possible since the bets were made on the same betslip and showed up as inplay.
Like I said, this has now happened twice and is getting frustrating as that is quite a bit of money I have not been rewarded for bets I have made. I don't know what is happening, but I would like some answers. Of course I do not have screenshots of these events. I did not expect them to happen, especially after my in play balance was reflected appropriately, and then when I logged in later, I was taken to the login screen again and unable to view the screen where it showed as in play. Please let me know how we should proceed with this.

Nothing was scammed you made money from nitrogen by withdrawing the money before they realized that there was a mistake so you basically scammed nitro first. Misgrades happen but rarely occurs. I experienced it before where they misgrade an over bet on some random ufc match, users on chat where so angry because of it then after a few hours my balance got corrected. |

I experienced it before where they misgrade an over bet on some random ufc match, users on chat where so angry because of it then after a few hours my balance got corrected. So I just scammed Nitro and came back with a new deposit in the same account? Misgrades can happens, but they are sole responsibility of the Bookie, so withdraws, they need to make sure that only clear funds are sent to clients. So they send me incorrect funds, did not claim it anytime before now and I scammed Nitro? You must be kidding. |
