Betting on a beauty pagent? Seems a bit odd to give wagers on this event.

Also heard in the chat the other day from a moderator/staff that you need to send request in a support ticket so to withdraw your balance from the site.
Is this true?
Cause if it is then it is a major draw back on your site's part as other sportsbook do no such thing!

We cover special events from time to time and may sometimes be prompted by line requests by the general betting public.

In terms of withdrawals needing support tickets, you may have caught wind of special cases that needed review. Generally there is no pre-requisite for a support ticket to withdraw. According to our FAQ:

How long do withdraws take?
Withdraws are very fast in most cases. Sometimes our security might detect that your account has been hacked or accessed by a 3rd party in which case your withdraw may need a manual review. If you make an eSports bet on your account then a manual process of the withdraw is needed. Please allow 24 hours for any withdraw needing review. In rare cases, withdrawals could take upwards of 24 hours to be processed.

This is why I was questioning it the other day but the representative here said it was strictly on an account to account basis.
And if your account did not have any issues with their moderators or with something like referral bonus fraud(such things like this that can get your account shut down pretty quick on any gambling site!) then you should be good and not contact their support about processing a withdrawal.

May hire more than just one person to do the withdrawal checking and grading winning bets then you might not get so much blow back from the players who are affected.

With so much bitcoin coming into the site I would beg to guess that the one managing the site would be able to pay for an extra person to handle solely withdraws and one that solely handles grading the bets.

The "underdogs" in this particular challenge only takes into consideration the +/- for the spread (Or ATS) and NOT the payout odds.

So in your example, the ATS underdogs are the Cavaliers (+2.5) and Magic (+3.5).
