Its been long time since my last play at Nitrogensports, today I was going to make deposit because I'd like to bet on Champions League matches but surprisingly I get notification message on my browser that my IP is banned by the owner of the site.
I'm not so sure what is the reason behind the ban, I'm using my own internet source, using my own PC, where there is no other people using it. How to solve this? Can I just use VPN to access my account without any future issue? From the US you will need a VPN but http://bitcoinrush.io has better odds in every market than nitrogen and cloud. If you add in the cash back and the leaderboard offer then there isnt anywhere that beats them. If you are not betting using the best odds you are leaving money on the table. Cloudbet is out of question, they are one of the scummiest bookies around. In 95%+ of time when they display a good odds, on click to bet they are lowering it. But last time I checked bitcoinrush, they were with bigger margin than Nitro. Seems I will need to re-check them. |

I think Nitrogensports will refund the withdrawal fee to you if the withdrawal is cancelled.
Btw, why do they cancel your withdrawal, I think they will always give you a reason about it.
Because he requested it, you can send a support ticket or ask it on the chat to cancel your withdrawal if you want. I also do it when my withdrawal doesn't get processed immediately. Been waiting on a deposit for almost 5 hours now. Is anyone else having similar issues?
I just made a deposit few minutes ago it came through quickly but the status is unconfirmed. |

@NitrogenSports, can you answer this, please ? Once you reach the "max bet" limit on an option, is that all you can ever bet on it ? For example, if it has "0.320 BTC", after you place a 0.32 BTC, would you be able to place another bet on that option after the odds update, few secodns or minutes later ? ( like it's on some other websites )

Update: I had 2 deposits awaiting conformation for well over 10 hours. I then deposited a little more, and all 3 deposits were confirmed at the same time within minutes. Definitely strange... |

However, as gametime gets nears for most events, there are times when the max limits are increased (these are usually minutes before start of the event) so users might still be able to bet on that same game (potential amount of the bet would be the difference of the first bet/total bets and the increased limit.) Maybe you didn't pay a high enough fee for it to process? Why didn't you just check the blockchain to see if it's confirmed or not  To see if the problem is in your transaction or with Nitro. |

How do I edit my own bracket ? Should I register a new account or is it okay to use the nitrogen account that I have ?

So I bet a parlay with del potro in tennis to win straight sets. IMMEDIATLY after betting it I open live scores and see del potro is already broken his first serve. The match started 2 minutes before I bet it. Customer service said this. Note being down a serve with straight set betting is HUGE. They even acknowledge the bet was made after it started.
This is a very common practice in the industry. For example, on NFL, we leave lines open a few minutes after the game starts as long as there is no score or significant plays. The same applies for tennis. As previously advised, your bet is valid and will not be cancelled. That is final.

Something tells me if I bet a huge Longshot that win if I bet AFTER a match has started it would be cancelled. No sports book does this as the rep said. Live betting, maybe but even then I doubt. But regular start time betting??? Never. When it starts it's taken off. Even their own t.o.s. says tickets bet after a match starts will be voided. They freerolled me. This site is so shady how anyone bets here is beyond me.
