It is more than two days since the site is unreachable from Norway. Your developers pushed some nice code, and fucked up everything. I want my coins back, how can I get em? Sit in the plane, fly to USA and then connect to my account, or what else? I do not use skype, and if I had, I wouldn't gave it anyway. It is anonymous betting, why I should go open now? It is your head ache not mine, I am anonymous bettor, remember that.

You don't need to do this. You claim you can't access the website from Norway... you are the only person with this complaint now since our changes. Please understand that i have had tried to access the site from 3 different cities in Norway. 6 different devices. site is down. it is nothing about my account, server is unavailable from here. and don't say that it just me. if that was the true, show me any Norwegian who can access your site. i want to know where is that place. You say that your site is up and running again, but not for me , over 2 days. and i would like to get back my coins, because it stands unused and do not bring me any profit. time is money to me.

We don't have a Norway office, so we can't confirm or deny access from Norway specifically. Maybe another member could chime in on access in your country (https://nitrogensports.eu) ? I can say that while our website is up and running, you are the only person who has told us of such problems. So whether it is Norway or you, we'll just take your word for it.

We have offered technical support through any means you like, but if you simply want to withdraw, no problem, we'll help with that too.

We've contacted you by PM. If you provide the account details and any follow-up security questions we'll do the withdraw from your account manually.

I have connected to nitro. Problem was that I have been blacklisted as a potential hacker. And all IP that I have tried was blacklisted as well. I am traveling everyday and was using my account in multiple cities everyday, is it the reasson  ips are blocked? On 3G it works ok.

Glad to hear it is working on 3G for you!

Please note that the blacklisting is done not by us at all, but by upstream providers and ISPs that defend against attacks.

You may want to scan your computer for viruses or malware using up to date antivirus tool or malware scanner. There are several free ones available online.

You will need to contact your ISP to ask for a new IP address if you want to use our website from your home. In addition, other websites may become unavailable to your IP address as the blacklist propogates.

I submitted a ticket yesterday morning after the withdrawal/deposit delays, and I got a 10,000 word response from N2 that basically said "we try our best - sorry about your luck".

N2 , I sincerely appreciate the time you took to type that response.

But this is 2 days in a row where I have been adversely affected (monetarily) by your technical issues.

Don't get me wrong. When I have btc on the site. I want it out too. So I'm with the crowd and I feel where everybody is coming from.

Nitrogen is one of three sites I've used (btcsportsmatch, betcoin, and nitrogen). I like it here. Don't plan to move anytime soon unless something seriously bad happens or other good promos are elsewhere.

Does the exchange get busy at game time or is it slow due to lack of users?  Also, is there any sport that is "next" to be added?  I'd love to have live tennis since that's being played often at times there are no other live sporting events. (in the US at least).  Thanks.
