BTER yac transfer not showing up

I've send some yac to BTER...
They showed up as processing in my account and stayed there for some time.
Then a second batch of yac were send, they showed up fine and appeared in my wallet but now the first transfer is gone and never made the completed status!!!

I've send serveral mails to support@bter.com but no response... Is there an alternative way to contact them???

Or do I have to polish my rant-cannon and start an anti BTER crusade online?

The same happened to me with a big CNC deposit. It first appeard, and then it was gone. I don`t think it`s anyway to contact them other than email. And they have NOT answered any of the ones i`ve sendt them.
