As was mentioned by one of the moderators here, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=31782.0 OPs can specify rules for their thread. I think it would be nice to have some standard rulesets that can easily be referenced. To this end, I am starting this tread. Please post here any ruleset you want, please include a meaningful name and be as specific as possible.

Moderators: Could we consider making this thread sticky?

For example, here are some rulesets:

Anything Goes:
-Anything you think should go in this thread can.
-Posts can stray from the topic as long as they are related to a previous post.

Professional:
-This thread maintains a professional environment.
-No swearing.
-No scamming.
-No flaming others.
-No unnecessary pictures.
-No angry posts.
-No attacking others.
-No off-topic posts.

Please feel free to add more!

Those rules are too vague. If you want to prevent swearing, you must list all banned words. Which images are "unnecessary" must be clearly defined. Etc. Remember: It should take less than a few seconds to decide whether a post has broken the rules.
