Hello Guys,

I just got my Bitmain Antminer A3. I was mining fine for 2 hours then suddenly the hashing stopped.

Now the miner can start but it does not hash anymore.

The error shown is Socket Connect Failed Connection Refused

I checked the kernel log there is a repeated entry of "Fan 1 too slow...".

I checked both fans front n back of the miner are spinning fine.

I have off and on and reset my miner a few times but to no help.

I have also reset the miner to factory settings but to no help.

Any advice?

Even though the fans are spinning, one of them is not spinning fast enough. If the system detects that, it will not connect. My guess is that you will need to replace the failing fan.

I noticed this error while changing fans on mine. A3`s seems to be very sensitive on this area. Ensure that the yellow and blue cable is properly in place on the connector.
