it doesn't make sense to me personally, how would they charge you 10 percent of the total amount to be recovered and they still request for a $500 payment upfront before they start the investigation. i think you should't make that payment, instead you can increase the percentage payment and allow them access to the transaction but don't giive them a dime.

Its already obvious and even just using up your own common sense you would able to know if these things or companies are just pure scams.They do really let theirself blind instead on avoiding it, out of their curiosity they would try such thing and now when they face problems they do easily mention that they do regret their decision.Once your bitcoins is transferred into other wallet there no chance for it to retrieve this is why we should really be careful. |

If you have big funds first keep it on private key secured wallet and enable 2FA as encryption betterment for your wallet.
