what target? 40 million dollars is a large amount, does making a platform require such a large amount of money? Yeah honestly some of these ICO's are really trying to push the possible amount they can raise. Potentially they're also trying to wait out the recent slump in crypto and hope that it peaks back up by October, so they'll be able to raise more and convert it to more USD later in the year. |

Question for the project manager - does the extension of the Ingot Coin ICO mean that the 'snapshot' of trade tokens (TIOs) will occur at a later date for determining what wallets get the airdrop? Or has the snapshot already been taken and it's only the timeframe for when it will be airdropped that has been pushed out?
