I remember chairman of SEC was saying all of the altcoins must have included in the security. That statement has applied to the all of altcoins. And I think that bitcoin will be also included in the security based on SEC compliant. That's SEC and not the world.
I vote yes according to what already stated by the chairman of SEC.
