I have a great idea for a crypto project. I would love to work on it but I am not a developer and dont know much about code. I'd be willing to lead the project on all other areas. Where can I meet developers and pitch them my idea?
Undoubtedly, it's hard to find developers so they just do not steal your idea. It's another matter if you have like-minded people from a close circle who understand the technical details.
I agree, it's complicated. I can wish you only good luck ...
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I don't think you should be here.
You should look for technical people at the local technology forum and they will help you develop the project. (if the project is promising)
