No, it's currently just a proposal submitted as a Pull request to GitHub. The decision lies with The_Catman.

Can someone explain to me what stakes and forks are?
The fork is used to consume the stake, never the other way around. Once consumed, whomever prepared the stake "bills" the consuming party by presenting their proof-of-stake. In the event of non-payment, the consuming party either pays a fee to existing miners or works in the mine themselves until they have earned enough fees to pay for the stake in full.

What is wrong with the stake at the moment in relation to CENT?

I'll think about it, git isn't really intended for binary distribution, but that does seem rather convenient. As for the CENT's stake fix, I'll be reviewing petr1fied's changes shorty and (most likely) merge it into the main repo, a windows binary should be available by the end of the week.

I hope that CENT get revived sooner or later, whats the % of that happening?
see: I'll be looking at the issues with pennies in more detail over the coming days, I have a lot to sort through right now and I'm not completely aware of all the details regarding it's problems yet.
**I'll also note that pennies was never really meant to be taken as a serious currency (neither were doubloons and geocoin) and was never even officially announced on BTCT, so whatever problems it has are not exactly a high priority issue.

Trading suspended, but they are still in your balance, in fact its pretty much been the only coin I've had no trouble withdrawing.

You will still have all your coins (potentially many more if you stake before the Jan 8th deadline). It is just putting an end to the crazy stake which creates coins exponentially as was intended in October.

That is what you mean ? For example now you can get 1 000 000 000 per day and after changes you will able to get for example 100 per day ? If it will be like that value will go creazy i think and people who bought cent now will be rich ? How do you think ?

Stake is the cryptocoin equivalent of bank interest and is earned by holding coins in a software wallet. Currently CENT pays returns around 10 times the amount staked after approximately 9 days and this is not sustainable. Hundreds of billions of coins are created each and every day, purely by staking. This is the reason the value of CENT has consistently dropped ever since it was added to exchanges. If the current situation continues you will not even find anyone who is prepared to pay the bare minimum on the XPM market for it.
