There are a lot of similar projects now. How are you going to compete with them? Do you have a plan to attract the bulk of users?

as I understand it this project is aimed at limited operational and transactional costs, in comparison with other platforms, this money is also collected.  They plane to facilitate to a considerable degree the solving of the company’s scaling problems.
What does the scaling of a company mean?
The network is unable to process all those transactions fast enough. It's the unfortunate reality. And, i think that
40 percent of all funds are allocated for the development of the platform and this problem will also be solved.

Are you saying that there will be some technical improvement to be developed?

I understood this from the topic. They wants to create an absolutely transparent system that would prevent blocking of a player’s account or obstruction of withdrawal of one’s personal funds. And smart-contracts'll allow to do it.

If this is implemented on smart contracts, then this is a rather interesting idea.

Of course. As I wrote above in general in the casino the most important is the control of honesty and here the blockchain is simply good

White paper also talks about: All actions based on the information set forth in this at their own risk and on the basis of their own assessment of the person performing them.

ICO is always a risky investment. Scared money don't make no money.
Do you know what country of registration of WINSTARS?
