After a mined block is found, how long to verify?

I found one this morning but even  two hours later it was not available to move to my active wallet.  How long does it take usually?  It said 105 blocks left to verify or something like that.  This is my first mined block!

So at the theoretical 10 minute per block timing, 1200 minutes or 20 hours.

Thanks!  I was hoping to 'take' some of the coin with me as I am on vacation for 5 days, but will have to wait until I return.  My tiny miner (ATI 5830) will work alone without me.
