From what reason this board is not allowed for the users who are not ready to pay with bitcoins? I remember there is a signature campaign which get paid with ethereum.
Marketplace (Altcoins) is the proper section at least it based on forum guidelines.
Services (child board of Goods) - Services provided/demanded on-forum for Bitcoin. If you are providing/demanding services on another site (e.g. have a hosting site), it doesn't belong here.
Marketplace (Altcoins) - On-forum sale of goods and services either altcoin related or sold for altcoins.
Can you show me the link bounty paid with Ethereum on this section?
You probably mean the signature campaign is mainly paid in Bitcoin but with some additional altcoin/ethereum token which is completely okay.
