I was wondering if anyone knows of a StockExhange that focuses on BTC stock or bonds for companies.

All the exchanges I see are currency exchanges but not equity of bonds.

I am guessing if a company is raising capital using bond or stocks they have to go through a regulatory body even if it is all raised and paid for with BTC.

Do you mean a stock exchange where traditional securities are traded for BTC instead of fiat, or do you mean a securities and stock market that deals with Bitcoin related business only?

They have the various exchanges like havelock and such but they all have terrible reputations
And there are BTC incubators who seed fund BTC related startups but they are listed on things like AIM which is a branch of the London stock exchange used for small startup type funds, and you buy shares with fiat there.

There are some BTC companies included in the baskets of some of the traditional Wall Street funds I've heard

But it has turned out that all the BTC based securities traded for BTC on BTC powered exchanges are going to go down in BTC history as being a giant feeding frenzy of rip off artists and ponzis
