Is btcltc.com SCAM??? Missing about 8 billion COL from btcltc.com,please help!!

I did withdraw 7,829,172,720.4 from them (Sep. 06/07 from Btcltc.com) and all COL are still unconfirmed in my Wallet: No answers from btcltc.com and muddafudda cant help either. I asked for help for  9 days. @btcltc.com there is a max withdrawal limit of 5,000,000,000.00 COL

I have to say that my problem ~967M Col is already Unconfirmed today 09-19-2013. :-(

It is still not certain why the mistake / technical problem occurred. My requests for clarification how this can be solved have been ignored so far.
I wrote btcltc.com 8+ xx times with different email Addresses.

I've been waiting a few hours for ADT from BTCLTC.com, and nothing is coming through. The coins are just sitting there waiting to leave, but locked and processing. Very annoying, although it isn't a huge amount in cash terms ($35).

Just really bugs me
