Though most of you know this already, it is necessary that we address the distinction between BetcoinSports.com and Betcoin.tm.  BetcoinSports.com and Betcoin.tm are completely different entities.  In fact, when we first purchased the domain name BetcoinSports.com on April 4, 2013, we performed thorough research of different names and even communicated with the owner of Betcoin.com.  At that time, he indicated that he would entertain a partnership with our group, however did not mention an intention to be in the bitcoin gaming space.  His contribution would have been solely the .com domain name.  Additionally, there was nothing on the betcoin.com website and still there is nothing, therefore we decided to proceed as the betcoin.com name could be used for a wide variety of businesses.

We have enjoyed providing a very engaging sports and casino environment to our over 3,500 players and pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.  The Betcoin.tm domain was purchased on July 24, 2013, over six weeks after we had been fully in business.  Of course, we immediately took notice and certainly with their aggressive marketing tactics  and allegations of fraud entertained changing our name.  We have been also hit with malicious DDoS attacks as many other casinos have been as well.  We mulled over the decision on many occasions to change the name, however decided to stick with our name because we were the first to bring the betcoin moniker to the bitcoin gaming community we believe with a full sportsbook and casino presence.

We are on the verge of launching several big updates in the next 7-10 days and want to further reinforce that BetcoinSports.com, BetcoinCasino.com (coming soon) and BetcoinPoker.com (coming soon) are in no way associated with Betcoin.tm.  If you view the websites, the distinction becomes apparent and we have no intention of engaging in any dice or circle games.
