Hello , is there someone who can help me build a c# or php based mining pool server ; mining pool will be based on ethereum (by that i mean that the main focus of mine mining power what is 200 GH/s). I am willing to pay for help !

Out there you can find a few open source mining pools software, you can build your own mining pool with that. hmmm..or maybe I misunderstanding your question?
