make sure your *.bat file is correct. This usually happens when there is an error or if the pool is down

You need to use cgminer 3.7.2 or lower.

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://pool.testserverino.de:3333 -u xxxx.xxx -p xxx

This is how you should put it in. xxxx.xxx is a the username.workername. Look in your account and create a worker with password.

I have tried both 3.7 and 3.7.2 for scrypt mining and both are buggy.  I use 3.5 and have no problems.  The screen you see is trying to connect to the pool, but my guess is that it is the version of cgminer that is having issues.  Try 3.5  I'm mining on testseverino now with it.  3.5 has mined over 3.5m Doge for me.

I talked to the developer, it's a known issue. He forked Bells (because he was the developer of that) and Bells had a similar issue on some Windows machine. He'll most likely be offering some bounties to get it fixed.

Ditto, it depends how fast your GPU is.  What is your video card and maybe we can help with some settings to get you going.  CGMiner has default auto tune settings it uses that most time don't give you the most you can get from your card.

I was able to mine Dogecoins using nvidia geforce 8800gt at 12 KH/S using this tutorial
