There are always two types of investors in the market, both in stocks and in crypto ones.

Doesnt work like that.There are no strong or weak hands.

I guess 'weak hands' used to imply on investors who got panic feelings and sell at lows, almost at bottoms and feel scared to buy back.

Example - if you see that price will go down and sell it to rebuy it at lower price this is smart decision,not weak hands(oftenly bots who are paying from pump/dump groups are talking about it just before imminent massive dump,trying to influence on minds of naive traders not to sell theirs coins)

- if you buy some coins at relative high price(which is not good decision at all) thinking it will go further up,but price goes down,it is much better to sell it immediately even at some loss than keeping it for many months or years,because you have to count that tying your funds for such a long time generates a lot of lost profits due to it

- pump/dump groups do massive dump(s) on the bottom price trying to cause panic sell(especially playing on bots stop limits),but there are a lot of examples that these moves and making price depressed for a too long time backfire them when they start pump,because no one invest any more in that coin,just dumping when price goes up or the panic they made get out of control,despite theirs huge funds.Many big whales lost huge money because such overplaying.

Something sounds contrast with your ideas above.
Buying at over 30 satoshi will be good if at specific period, Dogecoin can rise to 50 satoshi or higher. Why not buying and taking profits? 

When we are talking about DOGE who has a longest pump/dump cycle of all coins,buying it over 30 sat is waste of money.

When I mentioned 30 sat buy option,I was thinking on safe option,buying coins at the end of cycle.Sure, there are always opportunities to make profit on dips between two cycles,but that is too risky option for traders without a lot of experience, who cant identify when dip hit bottom price,because oftenly dips come in 2 ,3  or more phases.

Buying Dogecoin at 30 satoshi might be great!
But, I am not sure will the coin hit that point and when it hit that one.

Almost alt coins and bitcoin are going on the down trend in recent days. I think putting all in 1 coin or several ones is not different. The only thing we should aware of staying away any scam coins.

Sure the more experienced ones will know how to earn money even in bearish markets. But that actually needs a lot of time to learn and is not something for everyone. But sure it is always a good idea to have a well spread portfolio to actually be prepared for everything

Several assets you mean from the crypto area or in general? As you can see even if you diversify in the crypto sphere it's all going down at the same time unless you have a good portion of a stable currency to hedge.

I think that is not fair to say Dogecoin has high rank just because of large supply. You can look at other projects which were funded by people and have larger supplies than this but still can not hold the place. It isn't important to get on high rank but to sustain the place is everything and that decide the depth of any market how much involvement of people is in it.
