PayPal: The worst way to buy Bitcoin is from your list.
Based on your payment methods "above," I do not think you will find an escrow service that enables you to buy safely.
Have you tried using localbitcoin.com website? You will find many people willing to deal with you especially Bank Transfer and WU.[fast way]

i Sayd PayPal , Skrill , Bank Wire , WU ( Western Union )
Practicaly any Other existent Payment Option , i also Buy in amounts lower then this , But i Prefere the Full Amount at once

5-10% less then Actualy price , that means i save some money for the thing that i want to buy
this is not the only deal , im just trying to see if i can find a way to buy cheaper my item , nothing else , but incase if i don't find a guy to trade it till the limit day im gonna buy it with Cash .

i wanna buy a RIG to see how it works and learn more about , before im gonna invest half of milion Euros into this Bussiness , im not experienced with this verry well so i wanna test it with a friend that works at my company .

also a Cheaper RIG that meet my criteria and specifications its also a good deal that im gonna accept it if someone there sell one ( but im able to buy it only if you are in Germany , France , England or Romania for face 2 face deal , so i can test it  )
