This is difficult to measure. If it was last year, then you can make money through a bounty, but this year it is very difficult and there are few good projects.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

They could use the account to join signatures campaigns, the higher your position on this forum the more signature space you can use.

The owner could make more then $400 with that account...which leads me to believe it is just cheap enough for someone to think its a real offer.
